Refund Policy

Both defective and non-defective merchandise can be returned, and an exchange may be requested. Notify us no later than 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition and reasons

A non-defective return is limited to a new, unused item in original condition, including its packaging, labels, accessories, and supplied contents. Qualifying reasons include selecting the wrong product, personal preference, or changing one’s mind. We also review items that are damaged, defective, incomplete, sent incorrectly, or materially different from their description.

The return method is mail. Each package includes a free return label, and we charge no restocking fee. Obtain approval before mailing anything. A request must include the order number, checkout email, and an explanation; damage, defects, incorrect shipments, or missing parts also require product and packaging photos or video.

Available resolution

An exchange is subject to stock on hand. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days, although the financial institution may take longer to display it.
